No communication!

Happy my car is here but the experience is a testament to the complete lack of customer service in most companies these days.

1) CA dealership received a quote from John, via e-mail, for transporting my car cross country. When time came to pick up, the driver was three days late, engine troubles. Not my problem. If a company tells you they are going to pick up your vehicle, make other arrangements to pick it up.

2) Paid the deposit via cc with John. Told me the amount was $25 higher than he originally quoted and the driver takes cash. Their website clearly states they accept all major credit cards.

3) John quoted me 6 days in transit. Once I actually spoke with the driver, he quoted 7-10. That's a huge variance.

4) Called John and the manager Charles three times each over a 4 day period. Not one single returned call! Used their tracking form online, never got a returned timeframe. Seriously Charles, you're the bloody manager!!! Call your customers back or they will leave bad reviews.

5) Car was filthy when delivered. That is understandable I suppose.

I don't get it. How do you let a customer call you that many times and NOT call them back? I don't even care about the dirt, timing or price difference. Just communicate!!

If you care in the least about customer service, you will be highly disappointed with Lighthouse Auto.

This guy is not my customer. We do NOT have any records of this guy. I already contacted my lawyer for this false review. No one named mark contacted this company for a vehicle transport.
