Don't have car yet

Car bought on ebay and selected Level One for shipping.
Instead of giving me 24 hrs notice, they assigned it to West Coast (I've seen the bad reviews here) and picked up BEFORE calling me.

Then, West Coast driver got in accident and was held up for 8 days.
Level One did NOTHING to help resolve situation (like assign to another transport company or get West Coast to send another driver)
Now, he lost the keys to all cars on his rig.

Not sure when I'll see the car.

The gentleman's bmw was delivered. When we found out (from this review) that it still wasn't delivered, we called West Coast and it was delivered within an hour and he was given a discount by us and West Coast. Yes, it was late due to the fact that the driver on his time off got in a car accident, which the customer found "unacceptable". We followed up with West Coast and were told a different driver will be flown out to TX. Apparently, that didn't happen. We know even the best carriers have things go wrong occasionally. The customer left two messages during the entire process and took him upon himself to solve the situation. Both times we did our best to resolve it. Level One and West Coast apologized to the customer, we think the situation should've been handled better and he was given a refund. However, we do think his comment about Level One doing nothing is completely false, considering he gave us little chance to solve the situation by not talking to us and we did everything we could when we found out about it.
