Our entire order, from initial contact through delivery process went without any problems. Tobias Lepke handled all the details for setup and delivery schedules, then notified us about our driver and his estimated pickup and delivery times.
Our driver, John Fern, was very knowledgeable. He contacted us early enough for us to pull our pickup date forward by a day to match our schedule. After pickup, John kept us fully advised on the progress of our vehicle, including an estimated delivery time. John was unable to make the delivery at the destination location without damaging his top-loaded vehicles, including ours, due to low-hanging trees. He contacted us with a close-by location we could use for the off-load, then directed us by phone how to get there.
In the end, we were very satisfied with the entire process and will recommend both Lepke and Fern Transport to friends and family.
