POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS OF LEGO TRANSPORTATION INC, - Recommend REFRAIN from using this company.

I used a broker to locate a suitable carrier for transporting my Mercedes-Benz GL350 from San Diego, CA to Alexandria, VA. I was provided with Lego Transportation Inc. as the carrier for pick-up of my vehicle on February 17-18, 2016. Considering I received no communications (RED FLAG #1) from Lego Transportation, I had to call them to determine what date/time I should expect them arrive. Talking with Mario, he told me that the driver would not be arriving until February 18-19, 2016. I was finally contacted on February 19, 2016 and was told that the driver would not be available until February 20-21, 2016. Considering I was expected to fly out on February 20, 2016, I told Mario that this was unacceptable and that I will need to change my airline travel. He ask that I leave it with a neighbor (RED FLAG #2). A reputable carrier would require that an immediate family member be available or that a power of attorney to a non-family member to inspect the vehicle prior to loading and be legally capable of signing documentation for the owner of the vehicle. On February 21, 2016, I still had not receive any communication on the time for pick-up, so I called Lego Transportation and spoke with Mario again, which stated that he would call the driver and return my call within 5-10 minutes. After an hour and 45 minutes, I called Mario again, with no answer, so I left him a voicemail informing him that his company is fired and that I will not let an inept company that lacks the ability to communicate with the customer pick-up my vehicle. Mario called back about 10 minutes later telling me that the driver would pick-up my vehicle later in the afternoon - again, I told him his company is fired and told him to inform his driver. Mario's response......"okay, thanks."

At 0945pm PDT, February 21, 2016, I received a telephone call from the driver telling me he's on his way to pickup the vehicle. Apparently Mario doesn't communicate with his driver (RED FLAG #3). I informed the driver that I fired Lego Transportation and my vehicle will be shipped by someone else provided through my broker. Why would any person allow a driver to pickup their vehicle after 945pm? Be forewarned that any driver that wants to pickup your vehicle in the dark cannot perform a proper vehicle inspection of any previous damage (scratches, dents, cracked windshields, etc.) prior to loading on the trucking (RED FLAG #4).

This company does not care about the customer, so why would anyone place an asset such as a vehicle in the hands of such an inept company?
