This was the first time I ever used a transport company and I was extremely nervous about what to expect. I was having my elderly parent's car sent from MI to FL. My parent's rely upon me to handle all of their day to day living. I was concerned if there were any problems with the transport once the car arrrived in FL, I knew may parent's couldn't handle it and I am 1500 miles away. Jim was very, very friendly and able to explain the entire procedure. The driver showed up on schedule, was very friendly and careful while loading the car. He allowed us to watch the entire loading process. I asked the driver if he could give me a call the day prior to my parent's car being delivered to FL and he did as asked. The driver unloaded my parent's car and drove it to their door for them. The car was dirty (as could be expected) but it was in the same shape that it wa sin when the driver loaded it. No scratches or dents. Great experience and I will use this company again. The cost was very competitive and reasonable for the distance.
