Thank you very much to Kenny and Gretchen for piloting the 1100 mile safe delivery of my purchase!

I purchased a 2002 4Runner in the Denver area, and the salesman helped arrange transport for me to Houston. I'm totally out of my element here as Ive moved across country many times, but never took the company's offer to ship a car. I always drive them myself. I had already gotten many quotes, and honestly the email responses to requests had so much beware scare in them I was very worried about the worst possible scenario. Then when he said he had a buddy at Lamb, and I looked at opinions here I was shaking in my boots, but pressed the faith button.

They brokered the deal to a very nice guy, for a very good price, and I didn't pay a dime until a day after the Auto was delivered here to me.

Picked up on time, delivered on time. They gave me an estimated window of Thurs/Fri, and I got it Friday because the driver had to unload an inoperable vehicle Friday morning at a dealership before he could get to mine. He WAS in the city by Thurs, and DID spend about 30min with me on the phone on Thurs night to figure out his route the next day and get to me first thing. I appreciated that very much, and he was right on time with great communications the whole time. Called me in the morning when he was done at the dealership, and met me in a parking lot shortly thereafter.

I dealt with Kenny to set up payment. Kenny didn't charge me until my vehicle was delivered. I didn't ask him to do that, that was his normal MO he said. That made me feel much less nervous about the process, honestly.

I called Gretchen for the rest of my communications and she always answered the phone, was always very polite and helpful, although not always great about following up with me. This is the only reason I knocked off a star. A simple moment taken to return a customers call and say Hey I did this and that and I don't have an answer, but will soon, or checking in to see if I made contact with the driver, whatever, I'm sure she's busy, and this is pretty average customer service these days. It definitely wouldn't stop me from using them again, and I'm pretty sure they deal with dealerships more than direct consumers who probably don't require as much coddling ;).

Car was dirty, but I expected that. I really cant think of one moment when I was disappointed, only nervous because of the reviews here....but for ME? This was an excellent experience with this company.
