Having had 36 years customer service experience before retiring, I am aware that so often, customers are quick to want their concerns addressed regarding complaints but are slow to take the time to compliment someone for a job well done. I called Koban Logistics and spoke directly to Lou who set up transport of our vehicle from Elk Grove, CA to Toledo, OH.
Our vehicle arrived in seven (7) days the driver Bogga, was excellent. We expressed our gratitute with a well deserved tip. Would highly recommend Koban Logistics without reservation.
