Haven’t heard from him for the last 6 months after he offered and I accepted. I’ve called, had my lawyer call, and emailed every month between then and now, no response. They’re clearly ignoring me. SDM (contracted thru King of the Road) damaged my car and illegally prohibited me from filing with their insurance.. King of the Road came up with the idea of refunding me on their end, so I’m very confused as to why they refuse to respond and follow through with THEIR offer.
