There were a number of unforeseen circumstances in my particular situation of drive away. Including the original driver getting into an accident on his way to pick up, just 2 hours before scheduled time! This company stuck wirh me through thick and thin. They made sure that my vehicles were completely covered and they finally found the best driver one could have hoped for
