Had to Pay extra rental car fees because or late arrival on vehicles Asked for some kind of discount but they denied all request...NEVER got a Courtesy Call about our experience THEY DID NOT CARE how inconvenienced we were or how much money we lost in rental fees. Had to stay at home for another 4 days without a Car.They Demanded Full Payment in spite of all the problems when the vehicles finally showed up
