Before I pulled the trigger on transporting my car, I received constant near daily emails and calls from Kirsten. After I pulled the trigger, King of the Road Transport, demonstrated nothing but absolute incompetence. They should rename the company Kind of Customer No Service because there was no follow through where it was promised and no communication despite our best efforts- as silent as outer space itself. Companies such as these behave this way because once you agree to work with them they own your bid on a single national database. This database can be viewed by all other brokers and transport professionals. You are a number, not a customer. It is nearly impossible to cancel your service once agreed upon - image trying to fix incorrect data on your credit report or pass a bill through congress. There are MANY companies one can work with. Pick up the phone, ask questions, feel comfortable with the company. Know that King of the Road Transport is not that company. We worked hard to have our bid released so that we could work with a more attentive and competent company. Consider yourself warned and educated.

This is not our customer. He double-booked with two brokers (making our job impossible). He booked online but never provided credit card information, and cancelled the order before the first available date, making it impossible for us to perform the job as requested by him. Nothing was charged and nothing was shipped, so this is NOT a customer of ours. It surprises me that Transport Reviews will allow this kind of fake reviews to be posted on their website.
