Mike was very transparent about the broker/agent aspect of the transportation business. I was contacted by countless brokers, all of whom promised me the moon. One charged me before a driver had even been identified (and while charging me $450 listed the job for $275 - I would have gotten what I paid for). Mike did not charge me until my car was on the truck. Communication was superb - he even conferenced me in with the driver to arrange the pickup. Driver was on time and did a great job. Would recommend and will use again. Thanks Mike!
