I needed to send the car to my daughter in Pensacola, FL.This was my first time to experience sending a car to another state so I was a bit apprehensive of the many quotes I received from different companies. I contacted Mary from King of the Road and she helped me remove some of those fears by explaining to me the process and giving me websites where I can check the legitimacy of the company and read reviews about them. I checked King of the Road reviews and was impressed of the many good reviews and that the company owner took time to respond and explain the situation to some negative reviews. The transport of my car went well and was delivered earlier than expected ! I also like that they keep me updated of the status of the delivery thru emails and thru phone calls. I definitely will use them again in the future and I will recommend this company to friends.
