The price quote was very competitive. They did not charge me anything until the vehicle was picked up. Which was a great plus in earning your trust. I got a cashiers check named after a directed company, not just a blank check that I will hand to an unknown driver. I quized Alex on why I can trust their company and she delivered. I get follow ups and explanation of the process. It was made clear me.
The Driver was about 4 to 6 hours late on pick up. I had to call in late for work. He was very courteous, well mannered and apologized for being late. He loaded my vehicle with precision and care. The promised delivery time was delayed for one day though.
Overall, I am glad I chose KOTR. Will do business again.
