Flexibility of shipment date was critical as I was purchasing a car out of state and was sending sale documents back and forth with the dealer. Dates for pick up or deliver where not for sure as a result. The dealer did not mind holding onto the car but none the less i wanted to get it here to me. Mary did a great job in keeping me in the loop on available haulers allowing me the flexibility to work with the dealer on delivery.
