I was very impressed with the service provided by this carrier. Alexander was always prompt in replying to my email questions and even called on the one occasion when the question was more complicated. Couldn't ask for a more courteous or nice representative. He did everything he could to be flexible when the dealer first said our car wouldn't be ready on a Wed...then turned around that day & said "all done". Managed to find another trucker who could deliver our car - and HE was nice too! If everyone is as good a representative as Alex, then this is definitely an outstanding company to use.
