First off Alexander was polite and easy to deal with during the entire transaction, something hard to find in this business. Second, Alexander went the extra mile to find a truck and make this move happen on time. When one truck broke down before the scheduled pickup, Alexander called some truckers he knows to make the move happen. In the end one guy with a pickup made the trip, probably not best financially but Alexander wanted to make his commitment and kicked in part of his fee too, keeping the cost the same as he estimated. If you have to move a vehicle, call Kensington Auto Transport and be treated like a person.
