Ridgeline Transport from NC to NE

I purchased a mint-condition used Honda Ridgeline and wished it to be shipped
from NC to NE - not a common route. I submitted the standard request for quote
on the internet. One of the lowest prices was Kensington Auto Transport. I
sent an inquiry - Alexander responded almost immediately.

As I talked with Alexander, I started to trust him. He understood that I am
particular with my vehicles and want the best care taken. Alexander talked me
through all of the options, explained the process in full, took any time I
needed to understand what to expect, and I ultimately contracted with him at
Kensington Auto.

I was prepared to wait a couple of weeks to receive my Ridgeline, yet at the
same time I was anxious to get it as soon as possible in the condition it left
the dealer. Alexander and I spoke frequently every day for a few days. After a
few days, he was proud and happy to tell me that my Ridgeline was being picked
up by Triple T Express. I learned later that Triple T driver Jimmy drove a
3-vehicle transport truck - very efficient, no problem with leaks from above,
etc. Triple T delivered my Ridgeline a day earlier than expected, and in the
same great condition it left the dealer.

In summary, I simply could not be happier with the entire transaction, from
Alexander at Kensington (who I believe sacrificed profit to make me a happy
customer) to Jimmy Triple T Express. I would highly recommend both of them, and
will definitely use them in the future if I have the need.
