Alex was a very knowledgeable dispatcher. He kept me informed the entire time of the shipment, and explained to me why it was taking so long for the vehicle to be picked up. He was persistent with trying to find a driver, and after a bit of an increase in shipment price (not knowing if it would have made a difference) the car was finally picked up. I believe the issue with my shipment was the destination of the route. There are not many vehicles being shipped this way, and even fewer going back which makes it difficult for any driver to take the shipment. I appreciate all that Alex did- including a small refund of his dispatch fee- to ensure that I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend using his service to anyone. Thanks again Alex.
