Bad Route

I chose Kensington based on price. I was told that I would hopefully have a truck lined up within a few days. After a week, there was no signs of the car being moved anytime soon. Alex said that it was a difficult route and there were numerous cars waiting on the same route. I started checking around and found that the low price was going to be nearly impossible to move the car. The truck drivers will obviously take the better paying jobs, which left my and many other cars in holding. I can't blame them for that. The problem is that there are hundreds of transport companies. Many of them have multiple business names. I wish I had advice on how to choose a company. Maybe put their names on a piece of paper and play eeney meeney miney mo!
I have nothing bad to say about the customer service, because both Alex and JC were polite and honest. They did not charge my credit card and cancelled without any hassle. However, if you plan on moving a vehicle on any route, know that the more you pay, the faster the move. The price may seem too good to be true, and very well may be just that. I am choosing a local enclosed trailer for a little more money.
