The initial pickup date just before the Christmas holiday turned out not to fit my schedule. A new date was promptly scheduled after the New Year. The driver was courteous, and the car arrived in the Chicago area a couple of hours early. The broker called after delivery to confirm that the car had arrived safely. Everything went smoothly.
