This is the first time I have needed to ship a car and the experience with this company could not have been better. I contacyed them after receiving their quote, which happened to be the best, and they were very informative and reassuring regarding the shipment. After contracting with them I was called the next day with the trucker information and timing. The carrier was contacted by me with the telephone number I was given. This contact was on a Saturday and the driver made arrangements to pick the car up on Monday, which was done. He indicated the car would probably be in Miami and delivered on Friday the day after Thanksgiving, and this was done.
The contacts at Kensington and the driver of the transport were very pleasnt and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
