I was on the phone with Alex several times. They found a carrier for me within a day. There were major confusions on the days leading up to the pick up time (I keep getting carrier calls to pick up my car 6 days earlier than 1st available day) but in the end it all worked out. On time, car arrived clean. Very happy.
