Rear control arm links were damaged by inappropriate securing to transport truck. These had to be replaced. Transport service is trying to deny damage obviously caused by their worker. Photos clearly show results of this faulty work.

KAPA DID NOT DO THE DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR WE NEVER SAW THE CAR NOR WERE WE THE ONES THAT TRANSPORTED IT. CDA TRANSPORT ACTUALLY TRANSPORTED YOUR CAR AND THEY SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED THE RATING. I DID OFFER TO ASSIST YOU WITH YOUR CLAIM AND YOU NEVER RETURNED THE REQUIRED INFORMATION TO ME SO THAT I COULD HELP.
