Basically this company gave me a low bid and then probably could not get any trucker to ship it for that price. I paid $150 and after only one single phone call and zero emails they did not arrange any transport nor communicate anything. I emailed and called many, many times. When I did get thru to a person and not a voice mail I was told I would hear something or get a follow up but never, ever heard back from them. I asked for a refund but so far after 6 weeks no refund, no info and no customer service ever to tell me anything. My opinion is they are probably crooks or it is a scam. BBB rates them at F.
