If I could give this company a negative 100 I would. I booked a car transport with this company to deliver a car from Florida to Texas. They requested a $100 deposit with the remainder to be paid upon delivery. Simple enough right! WRONG -what they don't tell you is that they are simply a greedy dispatch company that takes your deposit and then farms the job out to whomever they can find and once they have someone booked to pick up your car K&C washes their hands of you. The first transporters that they apparently scheduled us with NEVER arrived and we waited around all day. When I emailed K&C to ask what happened they DIDNT KNOW...I asked for a number to speak with someone and finally received a telephone number for the infamous Kevin Cuesta. Except when I called the number Kevin was nowhere to be found and instead I had to speak to a very RUDE person named Phil. Phil proceeded to try to rebook my car transport. The new person he booked with arrived and said they could not transport the car because they didn't have the correct ramp. I call K&C back when I was told the new driver refused the vehicle. They then schedule a third pick up that actually happened. so after three times I finally think ok well if that's the worst fine. Except the nightmare hadn't even started. When the driver arrived with the vehicle, he then requested payment in cash for a $100 more than what we negotiated with K&C. I politely explained to him that this is not the price we contracted for and I would be paying the other price. Understandably the driver was upset because K&C contracted with them for the higher price. When I called "Kevin" aka Phil on the phone to clarify the matter he said the driver was responsible for telling us the new price (even though he's the broker and negotiated with both of us separately) and said that if I don't pay them then I won't get the car. We informed both of them that we were not going to pay the difference for their miscommunication. Phil however refused to listen to anything we said and anything the driver said..in fact he started yelling and calling me out of my name and even told me to "SHUT MY MOUTH" when I was trying to explain that he was in the wrong for not communicating to anyone the price differences. In the end both the driver and I will NEVER do business with this company again. and customers beware!! these guys are crooks! they are not the ones transporting the car and they are only trying to make a quick buck and will call your deposit a "dispatch fee" after they get your transport farmed out to any random company they can find...In the end they just wanted their $100 and to leave everyone else to sort to duke it out after they negotiate different prices. WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT your vehicle to arrive safely and there to not be any issues ...Phil is rude, unprofessional and I hope they go out of business to spare everyone a terrible experience.

hello nay good morning hope all is well there are a few things i am not understanding i got a call from my agent phill this morning and explained what happened so there are a few things i am not understanding and im pretty sure your not understanding either because if you did i cant imagine you would continue to say these things. Let me start of by explaining to you what really happened and how this buisness goes because i heard the recordings of the calls and you were actually pretty rude and offensive (which i am sure is the heat of the moment) because no way a human can talk to another human the way you talked this is a business we are not a ´greedy transport company´ like you said. its just common sense you pay a deposit to got your car picked up so essentially your paying the broker to do that what his deposit is has NOTHING to do with the driver fee , in your case was pretty simple what happened the first driver that took the load for that price could not pick up the vehicle so in the moment of trying to find you another driver there was only one available only issue was he wanted $100 more which is understandable however for what ever reason he did not mention this to you i make it very clear on this because every driver who takes a load it is there job to re confirm everything why? to avoid situations like this this driver did not do that that was the confusion but either way he took the $400 you had for him and went on his way we had to deal with that outfit this morning, so i do apologize for this but you have to understand there are always 3 people involved you the broker and the driver so because the driver wanted more money because its his truck and thats what he asked for not the other way around like you said (that phill negotiated the price ) if that was the case then he would have no problem but since its there truck there price that was issue but either way car got delivered and you paid the price you wanted so everyone is happy only the driver is upset and my agent because you called him some bad names. you have a good day
