This was the first time that I considered using an auto transport company. I had seriously considered driving the vehicle myself but then looked into transport companies/brokers. We spent about a week researching and then contacting many companies. It was clear to me that most all brokers more or less utilize similar services to facilitate transports. But it was very important to find one who we felt we could trust and deliver on their promises. We requested and received many quotes with other companies and so many seemed to readily hype their services yet engage in baiting and switching, runarounds, and outright blow offs. We got very overwhelmed and frustrated and didn't know who to trust. I almost thought of making the drive myself when we came across KVB. We were very apprehensive at first due to our experience in communicating with other companies and the fact that KVB did not seem as massive a company as some of the others, but Brad and Kevin stood out as being very genuine, knowledgeable and confident without all the unnecessary over the top sales practices of many of the other companies. They worked with us every step of the way and made the process very easy and were upfront about everything. All questions and concerns were answered in a friendly and professional manner and when the vehicle was finally delivered, as promised, we were very happy! My experience with KVB was top notch. I only wish I had found them earlier or that someone might have referred me to them from the get go. No one I knew had used a transport company they could recommend, but I will be sure to recommend KVB and relate my own experiences. In this massive forest of seemingly a zillion auto transport brokers, KVB is a welcome find. Thanks again to Brad and Kevin for making this a pleasant experience. I highly recommend you give KVB a try.
