Company rep. David Cohen, took the time to explain how the system worked, what I should expect, etc. then took my details and within several days had a great hauler lined up to move my car - an old but fast Audi S8 in great shape. The bid wasn't the lowest but very competitive. It was collected a little later than expected (heavy rain) but I was kept advised thanks to David's intercession. It was delivered on time in great shape. The whole process was accomplished in one week - amazing. Only drawback is the dozen's of calls and emails from brokers wanting to be of service in response to my initial response for a quote. (David suggests getting a throwaway cell phone next time! But, next time I'll just call KVB directly.)
