Jody was easy to work with and liocated a hauler who came to the door and picked up the vehicle and delivered it to the destiantion address. The only problem in the experience was the delivery occurred 1:30 am, so I would call it late. But that was not Jody's fault, and the driver seemed very responsible, just late. I have to say, he drove the care to the apt at 1:30 am, and we took him back to his vehicle.
I had never shipped a vehilce before and was very worried about the whole process.
Jody located someone to meet my specifications.

I would not hesitate to use KRM again in the future.
