Poor communication/unprofessional

KJ Falcon and the their diapatcher, Matt, immediately made me change my mind on who I wanted to handle my vehicle. Matt did not communicate with me as he said he would. I was told I would be contacted with status updates; never happened. Matt was very rude over the phone. I had the feeling he had better things to do other than his job. After asking for his last name he said, "what, you want my social security number too?!" He went on with, "what do you want me to do?" Well, I guess the best answer to that is, communicate with your customers like you said you would do. I should have read the previous reviews before saying yes to KJ Falcon. It obvious that their management doesn't look at this site much because any other company would fire people like Matt. I went with Car-go auto transport, much more professional.
