We shipped two cars with KJ and they were both returned damaged. The trunk on the first car wouldn't close anymore, but somehow the driver had jammed it shut just long enough for us to sign the bill of lading, and for him to escape before we noticed. The other car was used, as in, they drove it around for their pleasure. There were cigarette ashes throughout the car (we don't smoke) and the driver left a money wire receipt from Walmart in it, proving they used the car for errands. I would never, ever, use these people and if someone recommends you use them, do not trust that broker.
