The customer service for this company is horrible. When my car arrived in CA, my friend helped me pick up 11PM! They said they couldn't wait. At the time of pick up, the tire pressure alert was on. But it was 11PM at night and the light is not very bright. I added some air to the tire, the alert went away. But, the alert was on again less than two weeks later. At this time, I found that there was some scratch at the front tire. I called them. Their customer service was terrible. The first time I called, the man just hung up in the middle of the conversation. I called again. Their attitude was horrible. They did not admit anything and said they don't care if I give a bad review. I was very angry with their customer service. NEVER use this company again!!!!!
