HORRIBLE COMPANY! DISHONEST! DO NOT USE!

I went through a broker Door2Door Transport and they are the ones who got me connected with KJ Falcon.The issues started from the time they were supposed to pick my vehicle up. The initial pick up date was Friday November 16, 2012, no one had called me to let me know what time they were and the guy to pick up my car so I called them and I spoke to Matt he let me know that they were going to pick up the car on Monday November 19 in the evening or on Tuesday November 20. Monday evening came around and I hadn't received a phone call from the driver or the company letting me know when my car was getting picked up so I called them and got no answer. Tuesday morning came and I called them and I spoke to Matt again and he let me know the driver would be there Wednesday morning. morning came and I waited until 11, I had some things to do so I had a friend pick me up and left my car with my mother and they ended up coming around 2:30pm -3:30pm. The agreement was for the car to be delivered November 28th or before from Sacramento Ca to Springfield Va. Matt called me a day or so before the 28th to let me know that the car wasn't going to be there until Thursday the 29th which I was fine with. Thursday came and no car and no phone call explaining where my car was so I called them and Matt had said that the car broke down and it was going to need a day to get fixed I said fine but I needed my car by Monday because my 6 year old daughter was starting school. Monday came and of course no one called me so I called them and for the next few days I would call them to see where my car was and what time it would arrive and I continuously go the same answer: "tomorrow". After calling and complaining so much Matt finally let me know that it took longer to get the truck fixed than expected and I responded with " why didn't you just tell me and keep me updated on the car so I know what's going on? And I want a discount." he agreed to a fifty dollar discount, which I think is unfair because of this I have had to walk my daughter to school in the cold, miss a week of work or rent a car which both cost me more than $50. Finally the car was delivered on Saturday December 8, I tried to get at least a total of $100 off for my inconvenience but the driver refused and talked to a person at the 't pay office and he said that if I didn't pay the $700 (previously $750) he would not take my car off the truck and would take it back to PA with him, I need my car so I just paid the $700. I am very upset with the outcome and that $100 is far less of a discount than I deserve. This company was extremely unprofessional and rude, I called multiple time and they would never answer, even when I was trying to compromise with the driver I called the office from my phone I got no answer and he called right after and got a pickup on the first few rings. BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE EVER. IF YOUR GOING THROUGH A BROKER MAKE SURE THEY DON'T WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!! THEY ALSO WENT THROUGGH MY CENTER CONSOLE, I FOUND SOME OF MY THINGS THAT WERE IN THERE ON THE PASSENGER SEAT!
