K-1 is the worst comany, the most dishonest people

I was told that my car would be delivered in 6-10 days when my car was picked up by K-1 on 6/4. On 6/10, I called K-1 to ask the delivery date of my car. June told me my car would be delivered on 6/12th. Then nothing happened on 6/12, when I called K-1 again, Sean told me my car would be delivered on 6/16th. When I asked why it was delayed, K-1 came up with some mechanical disabling story. Then nothing happened either on 6/16, when I called K-1 again, June came up some new story of customer delay at Alabama because he wasn't at home when their truck arrived. When I asked the new delivery date, K-1 promise me the car would be definitely delivered before on 6/18 or 6/19. Of course, I got no call from either K-1 or their driver when 6/19 was passed. I called K-1 again on 6/19, K-1 told me my car would be delivered before 6/21. Then the same thing repeated again, no phone call came from K-1 when 6/21 was passed. On 6/23, I had no choice but to report to police department that my car was lost. A lieutenant from local police department called K-1 and spoke to Sean on the phone. Sean immediately called their driver on the phone. Then my car was delivered next day on 6/23. I asked their truck driver Johnny why it took so long to deliver my car. Johnny said he didn't know why because he picked up my car from CA on 6/19th. So the bottom line is that, my car stayed at K-1's parking lot for more than two weeks without moving one inch !!! All those delivery dates promised by K-1 on the phone were all just straight lies after lies because they knew my car was in their back yard all the time.
The was not the worst part yet. When my car was delivered, I found 5 new scratches on my car's front roof top. K-1 took pictures of my car when K-1 picked up my car. So did I. There was no damage when it was picked up at CA. K-1 didn't mark any damage at front roof top in their pick-up form either. Their delivery truck driver checked the damages and then signed and dated the damage description on the pick-up form. So I let their driver leave with full payment because I think K-1 wouldn't be able to deny the damage since their driver signed and dated the damage description. Then I went to two local auto body shops and got two repair estimates. It was about $630.

When I called K-1 about the damage on 6/23, they told me to file a damage claim. I emailed them the picture of damage, two estimates, and the scanned pick-up form with damage description and their truck driver's signature. K-1 told me their claim department would take one or two days to review my claim. Since then I have been calling K-1 everyday to ask about my claim and have spoken to June, Sean, Mike etc. many times. Every time, K-1 told me that they need one more day to review my claim and K-1 would definitely call back to me the next day about the review outcome. So far two weeks has passed, I have not received one single phone call from K-1. K-1 never apologized to me for the damage they did to my car. K-1 still tried to come up with all kinds of excuses to delay my claim process. At one point, Sean told me he needed to talk to their truck driver Johnny to confirm the damage and asked me to wait. But when I called Johnny right after my call to Sean, Johnny told me he already talked to Sean about the damage in the morning !

So basically, you can not believe anything what K-1 told you. According my experiences with K-1, everything they told me were lies. K-1 are the most dishonest people I have met in my life. So I don't think I will be able to get any money back from K-1 to repair my car. I am preparing paperwork now to file a lawsuit at our local small claim court to get K-1 to pay for their damage to my car.
