Very satisfied with end results, despite initial lack of communication

Despite getting no response or communication a day before either days of my two-day pickup window (which was especially sensitive as I was moving right afterwards and would not be there to hand them the key), I was actually very happy with the end result. My car arrived in CA from across the country in less than 6 days (which is pretty amazing compared to most services), everything in the trunk and even in the car was intact- nothing was stolen or broken, my car arrived in the same condition as it was when shipped, and the driver was fast and courteous in dropping it off to me. Very happy with the results.

Getting some kind of confirmation from them in the beginning was a bit like pulling teeth- having to resort to calling the broker Pride Auto Transport to push K1 to call me back for some kind of confirmation about when they were coming or why they still hadn't arrived in the specified time frame, but K1's dispatcher Jun did eventually give me a personal contact number that I was able to reach him on. I have to say both broker (Pride Auto Transport) and contractor (K1-Auto) representatives were very good at addressing my questions once I did get them on the phone, even if K1's estimate of when the driver would arrive (ETA kept getting pushed back every time it reached the time and they hadn't shown up, which was frustrating for me because I kept missing trains and having to make sacrifices to stay at the site a night longer than planned.. and tried to get me and later my roommate to drive somewhere despite my paying for door to door service).. but in the end it turned out ok, my car was shipped great, and in such quick time.
