First of all, the terms of the agreement was door to door, which it was not. After driving my car to meet them, I had to walk with a broken toe back to my house. Then when they dropped my car off in NC, I had to get a ride to a parking lot many miles away to pick it up. In addition, which is my main complaint-was they damaged my car, both front and back. I was given instructions by the driver to call them and make arrangements to get it fixed at their expense. I called and they instructed me to get two estimates and to fax it to them. This was not easy as I did not know the area. I needed to get a phone book and a map to find my way around, then search for a place in the phone book that would fax it, locate it on a map, and get the estimates faxed at my own expense, which I did. They stated once I obtained the estimates and faxed them, they would notify me of their "answer" in 1-4 weeks. They never got back with me. After waiting months and never hearing from them, I notified my insurance company, and then I returned call to the company, and stated my complaints of their not following through with the agreement for them to fix the damages they created. They said they were going to get back with me. They never did. It is now a year and a half later and they are continuing to ignore me. I have now contacted the Better Business Bureau.
