I placed my first order for shipping with an alternate company,however was not pleased with the customer service. They were not willing to work with me on shipping the vehicle and I didn't know what was going on for almost a week after placing my order, secondary to not being contacted by them. I contacted Louis at Jet Auto and right away he told me what I would need to do to get my vehicle home. He worked with me and kept in contact with me daily to let me know what was happening and made me feel like my vehicle was in the best of hands. He even SAVED ME MONEY!!! I can't say enough about Louis, it was a great experience and you can be sure the next time I ship it will be with JET AUTO.
