Jay has been very helpful after a lot of confusion trying to use another Co. named Highway Auto Transport LLC. We originally asked Highway Auto Transport LLC to ship our 79VW. After not getting any results asked JC (our Rep) from Highway Auto Transport LLC to remove us from the posting which he did (we had no signed contract or agreement with them). Then we researched our options and choose to use Jay's Auto Transport Inc and signed a contract with him to ship our 79 VW then Jay had the car posted on the board. Then for some reason Highway Auto Transport LLC had our Car reposted also under their name without our consent, so the car was posted twice. It was at this point we contacted Highway Auto Transport LLC and talked to Isabella because JC was no longer with them and asked to be remove the posting and it took three days to remove the double posting. Jay has worked very hard to get our car shipped and he has gone above the normal to make this happen.
