Transportating my son's car from NY to Orlando

As a mom,sending you 20 year old child to live in another state is upsetting and overwhelming. With hundreds of things to do,I got my mom to ask some of her "snowbird" friends who they use when they come back up north. Jay's name came up and I called him immediately. Jay is a warm and friendly guy who made me feel calm and well taken care of right away. He is very soft-spoken and did not treat me like an "annoying New Yorker." He let me know where John was with the truck and about how many days away he was us. As it got closer(which is the exact date I originally requested) he told me that we had 2 days and that John would be calling as he was getting near the Long Island area. John arrived promptly. I was at work, but my son said he was extremely nice and they were joking around together. We left for Florida the next day and on Friday morning,the time and date that was originally stated-the car was looking right at us!! Jay and John are the two nicest people to deal with. It was a worry-free experience. I only wish they could take care of buying a bed,rugs,DMV for converting NYS license to Fla,going to Target,Publix....!!!!!!!!
I highly recommend using Jay. His price was also lower than a few other companies that I got quotes from.
I also liked that John took the cars from the start to finish. Last time,there were like 4 different drivers-I felt like the car was trying to make it out of a third-world country and needed to be driven by many people to avoid suspicious activity!

You guys gave me one less major thing to worry about.
