Jay is an excellent communicator. He answered all of my calls and responded to my emails when needed to correspond in writing. I'm extremely happy with this company and would definitely use this company again. I only had one problem, and that was with N.P.S. Auto Transport, who he hired to pickup and deliver the car. Nick did a good job getting my daughter's car from California to North Carolina in 7 days and through the holidays, but used 38 miles on the car. Nick was dropped off at my house to pick up my daughter's car. I should have told him that I would drive the car to the truck, but when he told me it was just down the hill, no more than a mile, I took his word. I know better now to watch the car load on the truck the next time. Other than that, everything went well. Sorry it took me 2 months to write a review. Thank you Jay, for always being there for us.
