It was good to deal with one person/broker all the way through the procedure and Jay took the time to explain what would happen and more importantly arranged everything very quickly and although I was flexible on time he got my classic British sports car to me within three days of my first contact with him.It is always stressful for people who don't do this on a regular basis and you hear stories of delays/damaged vehicles/rates hiked up etc..When you call Jay HE picks up,when you e-mail HE responds.Great service!
