I spoke with Jay directly every time I called . He was honest and took the time to tell me exactly how the transporting of my vehicle would work. I got the call from the driver , he told me when he 'd be here, picked up my car and delivered sooner than expected!!! First time I ever transported car & I would call Jay again ...thank you so much :)
