After extensive research I found Jay's Auto Transport to be one of the few companies that have the following: 1) you deal with the owner directly, 2) he as an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau and 3) He answers his phone every time I call him. This was my third move with this guy and it went as smoothly as I could imagine. Great communication, great truck driver, constant contact, no drama and the best price. Jay can even prove what the lowest price possible is in less than 1 minute on the phone. Call him when you are in front of your computer and he will show you the best price. I call this BEING TRANSPARENT. I wish more companies worked like this and treated you with excellent customer service. Jay claims to have 29 years experience in the industry and you can tell within the first few minutes on the phone HE KNOWS HIS STUFF.
