Contacted on June 11th with pickup scheduled between the 28th and July 1st. My cars WERE NOT scheduled OR picked up as planned.

I called to ensure all was well on the 28th and was ensured that I'd get a call 24 hours before pickup only to be let down on the 30th when there was no call. After contacting Jay I was informed per the contract he had up to 7 days after the stated dates to pickup my cars.
Excuses and defense but no refund, however, he'd issue me a credit. LOL

This was a major inconvenience resulting in me scrambling at the last minute to find an alternative to get my cars shipped before my departure on July 4th.

THANK GOD for 7 Star Auto Transport providing same day service.

If going with this company, I pray your experience is better than mine.

She broke the contract..(and she violated two different terms and conditions). Now she wants a full refund. When denied a refund she now thinks posting reviews about my company will change my mind. She first violated the contract by hiring two companies to move her car at the same time. I have proof of this on file. She cancelled and went with another company before her four day pickup window expired. I still had plenty of time to pick her up according to the contract She also wanted to put more than 100 lbs of household goods in the car that I said was a violation of the DOT guidelines. My advise to Chiquitta Johnson.... do not enter into a contract that you don't intend to follow it's terms and conditions. Now she writes reviews on the internet trying to take food off my kids table with her negative review when she is the one who should re-think her actions. 1) hiring two companies to move the same car VIOLATION OF CONTRACT. 2) Terminating the contract while the pickup window is still under way - VIOLATION OF CONTRACT. I had 4 days to pick up the car and she cancelled on the third day - VIOLATION OF CONTRACT! Contracts protect both parties. They are very clear cut. I don't think she ever read the contract. NO REFUND CHIQUITA. LIVE AND LEARN. Thank you for the negative review... maybe other customers will learn from this and not enter into a contract they don't plan to follow.
