I got his quote on 8/28 and called him. He sent me to review his reviews on Transportreviews.com. I saw a lots of 5 stars then agree to sign the contract with him. He sent me the contract and ask me to pay him $100 deposit to show my sincerness. I paid by my credit card and signed the contract from on line. I preferred to ship the car on 8/30 or 8/31 while I was still in New Jersey. He said give him a little more time since it is labor day weekend and I agreed to give him more time until 9/3.
On 8/29, I called him for questions that I have, he screamed me saying that he is on vacation with his wife and he is not suppose to answer my phone call. I felt that his attitude was totally chanced. He was like under stress or some kind of influence. Since he said that I had the contract with him, I should wait until Tuesday 9/2. On 9/3, there is no sign of shipping, so I called. He offered to be able to assign a diver if I pay him $200 more then his quoted price. I refused. He threatened me and screamed. I thought may give him more time. On 9/6, since car was still not been shipped, I sent him a e-mail asked my money to be refund since he could not ship my car for so long. His reply was that he will not refund my deposit.
I have already called the credit card company for dispute the charge. I want everyone know:DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is a very bad experience for me. He is not a honest person.
I can't believe what I have experienced. This kind of industry should be highly regulated.

Yan Li admits she waited until 8/28 to order her move during a holiday three day weekend (poor planning on her part and a very late order). I told her it would take a number of days past Monday (Labor Day) to get it picked up. She signed a contract and agreed to give me the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th to pick up her car. On Monday Sept 1st she called and asked for her money back. She said she couldn't wait any longer for a truck. She demanded her money back. It doesn't work like that. My truck was going to pick it up on the 09/3 for the price on the contract (not $200 more as she wrote). She called me six times on Sunday the 31st. Who does that? She just decided to drive it because she didn't want to wait (or allow someone else to hand off her car after she left). This young (20 something) Chinese woman was extremely demanding and then she broke our contract by cancelling early. When a truck is assigned - according to the contract - and you cancel - there is no refund of the deposit. I won the dispute with the credit card company thus proving to her she was wrong in her actions. Jay - the owner.
