I gave this guy his money back after I assigned two different trucks and both truck drivers complained about the kid on the pickup side not making himself available. We called well in advance too! Crazy! I received a contract from the father Glenn W. Merrick (an attorney in Centennial, CO). His son Cameron was the kid on the pickup side. When I explained to the father Glenn that his kid Cameron was not cooperating and that I was giving him his money back (which I did promptly), the father went nuts on me over the phone and stated we had a contract... that I had to pickup the vehicle. I tried - the kid Cameron was an ass. I did not want to risk my relationship with any more truck drivers. Most people would have given me a 5 star review for sending out two trucks within the pickup window. These guys complain. You can't win sometimes as a business owner. Jay - the owner.
