I am a first time user of auto brokerage services and selected Jay's Auto Transport because he is the owner and sole contact person. My calls went directly to Jay's cell phone and he responded quickly. Within one week of our initial call, my car was assigned to Shiloh Auto Transport. Dave, the driver/owner was outstanding. He called to arrange for the pickup and remained in direct contact with me as well as my daughter in SC. The car was delivered in one and a half days right to her front door for the agreed upon price. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jay's service again should the need arise.
