I appreciated Jay's quote from the start as both very informative and very competitive. His ratings were excellent and he was very responsive to all my questions. His driver was very nice and professional. He was delayed picking up the car due to traffic accidents, but he kept us informed of his progress. The car was in my driveway 3 days after requesting a quote. That's probably unusually fast, but I'd happily deal with Jay again. He was very responsive and good to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his company to family or friends.
