This was my fist time shipping a vehicle. The first person I tried to use lied to me and told me they were a actual transport company. But when I called back later that day the answering service told me they were a broker. I then did a google search and discovered that they were a broker and that the guy lied to me. I did some research and found jay auto transport. He had good reviews so I decided to give him a ring. I called around 10 at night thinking I would get a answering machine but no jay the owner picked up. Jay looked on the board and saw that the previous broker had my truck on for 1350 when they were charging me 1550. So the original broker was trying to make 250 bucks. Jay spent about an hour with me on the phone explaining everything and how the whole broker shipping process. He explained that he makes sure that the drivers he uses have the proper insurance in case something happened during shipping.The next day I canceled my order with the other broker and went with jay. Jay got my truck back on the board that day which was a Friday and had a call the next Monday. Jay gave me the drivers phone number and suv transports main contact number. The driver picked my truck up 2 days later. Jay went out of his way to help me every step of the way. I highly recommend him to all. I would like to add that I didnt care that the original shipper was a broker but their was no reason to lie.
