My son is in the military and got orders to move. I placed the order for my sons second car with Jayhawk because they were lower than the others. Well you get what you pay for. In this case nothing! They quoted me a low price but when they did their homework (which should have been before the quote) they changed the terms. The agreement was $975 door to door. ONce they found out the actaul location they wanted me to incur the extra time and expenses of driving the vehicle to Seattle. In the beginning when i questioned the change they said they would adjust the price if I took the car to Seattle. But later, they wouldnt't adjust the price. They told me thefirst truck broke down and was ignoring my calls to find out when my vehicle would be picked up. When I did make contact they kept telling me I had a driver. I conctacted another carrier and was advised that the car was still waiting on a driver and that there were 4 vehicles ahead of mine for more money so mine wouldnt be picked up for a while. Yet Jayhawk kept telling me I had a driver. Long story short, Jayhawk kept $150 of my deposit saying that I had an agreement. I admit that. But so did they. Once they changed the terms, I no longer had an agreement as I NEVER agreed to the changes. So, unless you want to be lied and cheated, dont ever do business with them. I dont care what they promise you.
